Refund policy

We want you to love your Nnode products. However, as we work with natural, small-batch items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless your product arrived damaged or faulty.

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original condition

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Proof of purchase and a photo of the issue may be requested

Please note:

• Opened or used products cannot be returned

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the item
